Difference between PAM 111 N Series and M Series (Noob )

There is and there is not a difference. I'll explain below. The point of differentiation is the hands, Please see following image.
The PAM111 N series use vintage (which the factory incorrectly called Pre-V) hands. All PAM111 up to L series, the hands were modern hands. The PAM111 M series being a transitional series, was said to have modern and vintage hands. So depending on the M series you get, they may be different from the N series or just the same.

Well the more important thing is, is the serial on the back an N-series? The M-series can also use vintage hands. The Y-incabloc isn't related to the series per se as it is an identifier of a V4 vs V3 PAM111.
OK now its clear for me.
but it comes to me another interrogant based on the "[CONSENSUAL LIST] Super Reps NWBIGs" its appears some some specific models of Panerai as "super Reps" understanding that the difference between Series is the Serial number. why include an only one series?
For example i saw that the PAM 111 (44mm) N Series from Noob (V3) and later. but I Found that the P series is exactly the same with the Difference of the serial. or maybe I am missing something. this Replica world its pretty tricky, hahahaha.

I am TEA 1 (Kind of authistic) so maybe I am not getting the correct wording in my mind. it may be mean that n series and later but I understand the Noob V3 and later.
V3 was releaswd with N series so thebabove reads "noob v3 and v4, N series and later (O series, P series, Q series etc)"
noob M series biggest flaw as I recall was the inner shape of the CG which had rounded corners and the CP not being flush with hands (some v3 had the same issue though).

While the thread is already open I thought I would ask the PAM pope himself. I'm planning on buying a Noob PAM. Trusty has it for $273 for the M-Series and inTIme has the "PAM 111 V4 Noob Factory Pre V Hands on Black Rubber Strap V4 updated to movement Y-Incabloc Shock Protection System Mod" for $248. Any reason for this or just some random discrepancy? I've been looking at the various 111 listings on the M2M and I still don't understand the difference in the prices.

You base your question on pricing that was posted on the day the ad was created. The price may have gone up or most likely may have gone down. The Trustytime ad was posted in 2011, Ryan wasn't even a TD at that time. Not to mention no one would be selling an M-series at this point in time, unless you want 7-year old stock (and it's not even a better version). Everything should be at least N series V4.
Have you contacted the dealer already? The PAM111N V4 might be available at the same price. And if it isn't, well you can show him the Intime advertisement. In some cases especially for such a common watch like the PAM111, dealers may negotiate with you. Unless you have no dealer preference in which case get it from whichever TD sells it for cheaper.

mysterio said it all, you just can't have an M series today from a TD, evem if you order it you will get the most recently released series.

Ok, ya I was confused as to why they are carrying the M-Series. I emailed Andrew a couple days ago and they told me that they just don't update the stock photo on the 111. Thanks for the insight boys.
I just realized that too. Even asked andrew about the last QC picks to check for version and indeed. it is actually P series. I am going for it.
Clearly your name implies you're Jewish...NOT.
TDs typically just add and add to their website, they don't do any pruning, updates or anything of that sort. So you have to be mindful of what you see there.
