Lemania is a hand wound chronograph watch .... 7750 is the automatic version chronograph ...

Besides the 7750 has a date feature and 3 subdials vs 2 for the "Lemania".
The beat rate is also lower.

Lemania is an incorrect description, this movement is a clone, or better said a copy (its not compatible) of Lemania movements. Its real name is Seagull ST-19

The only common thing between the two is the word Chronograph. That's about it. The so called Lemania movement is quite an old design that still utilizes a column wheel. That's not the only thing though. As Pix mentioned, the subdials are different, their placement is different, beat rate is different, size is different, it's hand wind etc. etc. Two completely different movements

Not absolutely, the Seagull/Lemania is much more reliable. Its usually used in dress watches. I would avoid the Seagull/Lemania with 3 subdials, the third one being dummy.
