Difference between CF 116500 ARF bracelet & CF 126500 ARF bracelet.

Is there any difference between the CF 116500 ARF steel bracelet and the new CF 126500 ARF steel bracelet?
If yes, does anyone know where I can buy it?
I have asked LI - JTime, but he says that the factory does not sell any 126500 parts only, so he can’t source it for me.
