Did Oascom Disappear With My Money and Watch?

Hi guys.

I have put off writing this for over a month and I've tried to give Pat every opportunity and contacted him on 4 different platforms including his own website, via email, here, and instagram and have not gotten a response. I ordered a meteorite GMT dial and sent my watch and deep crystal for install 5 months ago. He did give me periodic updates before but he stopped responding to me on October 14th where he said he would try to finish it as soon as possible. Since then its been radio silence despite countless tries on my side and I find that unacceptable.
