Just wanted to balance a little with some negative comments i saw lately about Andrew.

From my experience, i contacted the guy yesterday evening to check availability of a Noob GMT Pepsi. He answered right after my contact form on the website.

There are a lot of topics on RWI talking about raids that some factories faced these past few days, so nothing block you guys from checking availibility with a quick mail to the Dealer (Andrew or another). If not, you might face some QC’s delays of course... And please consider every dealer is doing is best to deal with these raids and continue to answer the buyers’ demands.

Just wanted to confirm that from my POV, Trusty is still clear cut with the job. All my transactions with Andrew were successful and by yesterday he was responsive as hell for availibility requests. I would definitely continue to suggest his services to anyone else.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Andrew. At this point, I’ve ordered 20+ watches (and parts) over the last several years. It took 42 days for me to get the soft strap for my JLC NSD recently, but he has never failed to deliver.

Patience is key- we aren’t buying critical medical supplies, we’re hobbyists.

It is getting the past few weeks with raids and all and delays are expected so hope those that are ordering will be patient with the wait with factory fulfilling the orders.
