So I got the case open, movement assemble out. I removed the hands and realized and still cant seperate the dial from the movement. I need to get the dial off to change the date wheel. The movement is a swiss ETA.

Thanks

there are little 'levers' that hold the dial feet in. you'll see them if you look down on the movement from behind.

If you look at the backside of the movement, there will be hook shaped levers at the 8and 2 positions. When you loosen these, they will release pressure on the dial pins allowing you to remove dial from movement.

The dial fit are just fitted in the movement older. You need to put the feet slilghtly from the back wihtout bending them... (via the holes you see in the movement holder)
