Hello, I don't know what happened and how this happened. The dial seems to dropped a little inside into the case.
How do I fix it? I have no knowledge or experience in this field. Should I bring it to a shop or something?

Please share with me your experience or what should I do for this.

Thanks guys!

I can't see what you're talking about, but I'm not sure what could have happened. If you can, try opening the CB and check if both movement screws are there and tight. The dial sits directly on the movement, so the dial itself can't move... possibly the MVT shifted.

It looks like movement holding screw is not holding anymore. Open the caseback, find loose screw and screw in it back here:

I'm not sure what the issue is either. If the dial "fell" deeper inside the case, the only cause could a movement tab gone out of place, refer to Strodda and Polonus posts above.
It all is tight fitted inside the case, there should be no room for parts to move, except if the movement is not secured to the case.

Hi Kilo, there's a gap between the hands and the dial. It's very obvious even by looking at it. I'll see what I can do with it. lol

Hard to judge if the gap is too deep. Anyway in this what might have happened is some how the hour hand has been lifted out of place.
Can you set the time as easily as before? Do you feel anything strange when you wind the watch or set the time?

In any case you should:
1. open the case back and check the movement tabs are securely in place and the movement isn't moving inside the case.
2. uncase the movement, remove hands and dial and check if something's wrong under the dial.
3. Put everything back in place.

Good luck! :)

Hi Kilo,

Thanks for the advice. Could you share with me how to open the caseback, remove hands & dial & crown. What should I search in the search bar?

Thank you so much

There's a link in my sig with a list o useful tutorials made up from a few members here, this will surely be of help, but if you never opened a caseback and don't have the appropriate tools (e.g. watchmakers screwdrivers, dial protector and hands removing tool), I suggest you bring the watch to a watchsmith near you. It's pretty basic stuff, but if you're not careful you can easily damage the dial and/or hands in the process.

I don't have the appropriate tools. There's no watchsmith near my place unfortunately. They don't work on reps mostly and I would love to learn the process and do it as part of the hobby.

Well I could do it quite comfortably now, and I started when I gathered all the links in that tutorial's list :)
