DHL Customs status updated - problem ?

Tracking my package on two watches and that's a strange update.
When I check for more info it states this:

Awaiting authorization of/or advance duty payment from customer.

Next Step:
Clearance processing will proceed as soon as authorization or pre-payment is received. Importer is advised to contact DHL Customer Service if further details are required. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if required.

What part of " Importer is advised to contact DHL Customer Service if further details are required" don't you understand?

For anyone else with same update, it went through without a problem and was delivered same day.
Had to pay $22 fee at the door, didn't have to contact dhl, or no one tried to contact me.
All is well
