Ordered my first ever watch from Intime to the UK and received got a voicemail and text message from DHL saying it is on "customs hold requiring proof of purchase". The voicemail mentioned something about how they just needed to see proof of value to release from customs. They've provided a phone number to call and an email address to send proof of purchase.
I have emailed Intime who I'm sure will come back to me, as I'm not even sure what value they would have listed it as. But has anyone experienced this before? Any tips for what I should tell them (or send) to get it released would be very much appreciated? I paid in BTC so don't have a credit card receipt or anything.
