There are many TDs in this forum, and being a relatively old member here, I have dealt with many of them, all have pros and cons, but they’re all good.
but today I want to speak about Lucy:
When I chose her, I did it for a simple reason: meticulous QC.
I’m a picky guy, I wanted an ARF Date Just 41 with thin and centered date, perfectly aligned rehaut;
not too much to ask I think, but yet it was.
ARF makes the best Rolexes these days, in terms of quality, but their QC is not that good.
Lucy had to change the watch for me many many times, until she finally got me a very good specimen.
Yes it took months and months, and she got sick in the meantime, and there was a delay in communication, but I’m patient and what matters to me is the end result;
I am very satisfied with what I got.
I also ordered a Cartier Ballon Bleu and made a mistake with the dial color, sending the wrong picture, so she had to replace it for me after she got it, she was super nice, and I really enjoyed dealing with her, and believe it or not, we became friends eventually.
If you are buying from Lucy, you should know she’s a one woman show, she does it all by herself, no employees no helpers…nothing
And because of her amazing performance, she is super busy.
So the process will take time, communication won’t always be fast, but eventually she will reply and she will deliver and you will get a nice, and very well QCed watch, and you will be very satisfied, believe me.
I am writing this review because I want to share my experience with all members, and let them know about the details of the buying process from Lucy.
I will upload some pictures of the watches I received in the next comment.
If you have any question, don’t hesitate to ask.
