Who doesn't love a good controversial subject on a Friday?! (Me, I actually hate being controversial, I just like to joke around lol)
Being in the US, I got tired of waiting on overseas orders from TD's (they are great in every other aspect other than wait times, yes I know, I should just have more patience...)
I tried using WBK time, his level of reps just aren't for me personally. It all depends on what you will tolerate and what your expectations are. Stan is a super nice guy, clear communication, super fast shipping within the USA. You will have a great experience dealing with Stan, but just understand the level of quality will not be comparable as to what you can get from the China based TD's.
I started buying and selling in the M2M sales area here on RWI, and saw quite a few posts about "Flan_Dad plated" watches. That caught my attention so I PM'd a member or two to figure out who that was. For those who do not already know, he is a dealer on Reddit (not RWI trusted). I checked out his reddit page, live inventory link, and messaged back and forth with him a bit.
Made a post here on RWI asking about him, and the general consensus was, hit or miss/absolutely do not do business with this guy.

I knew I wasn't going to get any help from the Mods and Admins here at RWI if things with awry with Flan (rightfully so on their part), I fully understood that and took my chances.
Personally, I had a great experience... Super quick, and I mean like within minutes, I would get an answer/response from Aseem about the watch I was inquiring about. I am not "shilling" for these guys, just posting my honest review. I am very green in the world of Rep watches, so please take this with a grain of salt.
I purchased a 36mm VSF rose gold date just, the plating on the watch looks absolutely fantastic (to my eyes, I also have nothing to compare it with though... do what you will with that information). I have not had the watch long at all, received it yesterday, sized it, wore it around the house, and took some pictures of it that I will post in the comments. This is my first DJ rep, so I do not have any experience with different factories, models, etc. The only thing to note, is the weight of the bracelet, feels pretty light, but that might just be how DJ reps are in general. My mom has a gen DJ, it is a ladies 31mm model and the bracelet obviously feels fantastic, as it should being gen lol.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the watch. It didn't come with protective stickering for whatever reason, but it was shipped in a pretty decent case. Included was the watch, pressure test printout, and a printout from the timegrapher. The rotor is also completely silent, Flan says he does "rotor silencing" not too sure if VSF rotors in their DJ models are noisy to begin with, but as I said it is completely silent. I will still be using the RWI TD's for models Flan does not carry, but if I can get it from flan, I'll probably be going that route (unless I see it first in M2M lol).
