Deployant option for BPFF

I have been looking for a Fifty Fathoms deployant for awhile (the one from the Aqualung), but no luck as they don't popup that often (at least not for a reasonable price!). So I decided to try good ol' eBay and see what I could come up with. Found this one below in pictures and it works very well in case anyone is wanting to try a deployant on their BPFF. This does need the v2 longer sailcloth to work well though for larger wrists (mine is 7.5").

that is a 22mm above. I did not see another 20mm listed right now, but I believe he will post more as he can. It's not gen; it's an aftermarket one.

Niceeee I have two deployant of 20 and 22 waiting at home... Some straps also coming to my Black BFF... I found one BFF in Black but I would buy the blue one if I could find it... It was impossible.

I believe it still does. I bought the longer strap separately from Toro.

But at the time of first/initial production - the V2's strap was definitely longer?
Interesting to know, which I had not heard!
Reason I ask is because an associate may be looking for a FF. V1 is 1st choice (hard to find) but as he has wrists around 7.5 - if buying an unmolested/never removed strap V1, then a longer V2 or custom strap would need to be sourced!!
Just something to be aware of. That was the reason for my question. Thank you so much in advance!!!

I am am not sure if when they made the v2 initially if it had the longer strap. I believe it did though, but someone may need to correct me there as possibly in the production run of v2, they made a longer strap change. The v1 definitely had the short strap.

So for factory rep sailcloth strap (and gen sailcloth!) is the buckle width 20mm or 22mm?
