Hi guys, ordered my first rep watch a little while ago from Trustytime. Andy has been great with communication, bit of a delay due to lockdowns but finally got QC pics and postage arranged about 3 weeks ago. I received a tracking number, but the tracking websites he's provided at the time of postage are still saying "waiting to be picked up by the courier". How long would you guys wait before giving the TD a nudge and chasing it up?

I believe, from recent threads, there are regional lockdowns in China at the moment due to Covid, delaying alot of shipments.
Once you're dealing with the correct Andrew/Trusty, I'm sure your watch is en route, just delayed.

There have been reports that tracking is not being updated that frequently, especially from China. Some buyers have reported that their watch just turned up while the tracking info was static. I wouldn’t get too worried.
Put your feet up and forget about it as best you can. It'll plop through the letterbox when you have finally forgotten about it. Sometimes it's a matter of days, more often (and especially in the present climate) I would be expecting 6 weeks or more as it bobbles around sorting centres waiting to be picked up and moved onto the next stage of its journey.
The irony isn't lost on me that as someone that loves looking at watches so much, I hate watching time go by. Sounds like I need to have a bit more patience.
That’s good to know. I ordered from a TD in mid Oct. the latest word is that it’s stuck in a US warehouse. Been same status since Nov 14th. Hopefully it shows up soon.
I also ordered a watch from a TD in October, I got an email stating the watch passed through customs ok on Nov 23rd and received a new tracking number. Still waiting for the watch to arrive at USPS. Unfortunately, the seller is not responding to my emails which made me a little nervous about whether the watch will arrive.
Thats still well within a reasonable time frame to be transferred from Customs to the postal service in my eyes. It could also be that the tracking just hasn't been updated. Be patient and it'll be through the door in a couple of weeks I suspect. If its cleared customs then you are 90% of the way there.
