Delays with Clean Watches - Anyone Experiencing the Same?

Hi guys,

I've ordered several watches from PureTime before, but I'm still waiting on three missing watches from Clean and VSF. I've already received multiple QC photos for the VSF watches, but I had to reject them because the markers were misaligned. I ended up switching to a different model without stones.

For one of the Clean watches, I haven't even received a QC photo in two months. The other Clean watch was sent back to the factory because it had the wrong bracelet, but I haven't received any updates or new QC pictures in three weeks. It's a DJ41 with a black dial, which I assume should be readily available and easy to source.

Are there any known issues with the Clean factory at the moment? I'm always very satisfied with PureTime's service, but I'd like to complete my current orders before placing any new ones.

I'm waiting on a Clean DJ41 with a Rhodium dial, paid on 12/02 and was told that I could swap to VSF if I wanted it quicker.

It's hard to not be impatient but ultimately this is the game we play. It seems like everyone is ordering them at the minute, they must have a long queue.

I have noted from other forums that people have been getting QC pics on an almost daily basis (notably from other TDs), so I'm confident that it will be delivered to PT eventually. It's just a gruelling wait .

I am very sorry for the delay. The problem is clean always supply random models every time. If your order still hasn't been completed yet, I am afraid clean doesn't have the particular dial colours you ordered available.Please contact our email if possible to change to from a different factory.

I guess I'll have to keep waiting. I have a newer order as well, so I can split the watches into two shipments and won’t have to wait for all of them to arrive before shipping. Looks like I'll be waiting quite a while for the Clean MOP. Still, I really appreciate the information.
