Decorating the eta 7750

Probably a dumb question but being quite oblivious to the actual inner workings of the movements themselves. If I have a 7750 that is broken and I was to buy one of the gen ones for $350 or so is it possible to put the decorated rotor on the new movement with the display case back?

Is the A7750 worth a shit? I want a couple Breitling Chronos but it seems thye all come with the A7750.
