Decisions 111 or 177

Used to have a Getat homage & wasn't sure about the polished finish. Equally, think the 111 could be dressed up more than the 177.

I'm stuck between the two & keep changing my mind.

Is titanium going to look scratched after only a short period of time?

Given my only other rep is a 243 I think titanium may feel a little light on my wrist, so steel all the way I think!

(For obvious reasons) I would agree about the 417, but these PAM BOs are still 'under the radar' for so many people, that the OP has not even gotten to the point of considering that option....

I'd say 177.

I've got a 112 (wearing it now) and the polished case turns me off sometimes. I'm about to buy a 177 as I think it'd be better for everyday wear.

Saying that, I'll still have the 112 as an alternative.

Want a sandwich dial, as got sausage (ish) on the 243.

417 - sausage dial, and don't like the pig, or lug holes. That said, solid caseback appeals

390 - sausage dial, no seconds

Equally dismissed 005 as sausage dial.

Like the idea of KW 312, but already have a 1950 case with the 243 & cant live with the movement.

The Ti exhibits a beautiful shimmer and less bling than the 111 for casual wear.

I also appreciate the lighter weight, particularly when worn on a bare arm without a sleeve to help keep a heavy stainless steel watch in place.

Light scratches on titanium will "heal" over time due to oxidation. Scratches won't magically disappear but will blend in and becomes less and less visible.

111 all the way - titanium for me is a touch dull and lifeless. Or the 417 as the solid caseback really does make it a super rep..... A nice choice to have my friend.

Might need to be a 111 & a cape cod!

Need to hold back purchase as just added the 3rd BBQ to the household, and it NEEDS new gadgets as this ones a smoker.
