hi all -

I have a newly received 116500 that now has a completely loose chrono seconds hand after a couple days. It no longer moves or functions with any of the chrono buttons and just spins on its own with little resistance based on momemtum. Is this common? Any kind socal folks or shops I might be able to get in touch with to get this looked at? Any recommendations here would help!

Thanks,

Jossé

I’m not sure where they’re located, but I just saw that xing_david recently posted that they’re taking on work in the US:

You’ll probably find other US-based ones here too:

the chrono hand's collet may just need tightening- any watchmaker should be able to do it pretty cheaply.
Exactly. 👆
I had the same problem about a year ago (on a cheap Gen) and my watchmaker was able to fix it in no time.
He charged about 30 euros.
