Hi all, I purchased a GMT-Master II 126710 from Clean Factory with DD3285 and once it arrived, I wound the watch 40 times and wore it everyday (except when I go to bed) after 3 days, it stopped, is this expected behavior from a DD3285? Sorry if this is a noob question, I thought being an automatic, it would last alot longer than his. Thanks in advance.

You probably don't move your wrist as much as you think. Either that or it's a mainspring issue.

The DD3285 is a replica movement - you can't expect it to work as well as a genuine. Either wind it everyday or alternatively, buy an R Factory watch.

Thanks, I'll pay more attention to my wrist movements, maybe I haven't been moving them as much as I thought.

Another way to phrase my question ... Has anyone had more success with the DD3285? They managed to have their watch work for a month or more without having the wind it apart from the initial time?

If you work an office type job then sitting at a computer all day does not wind your watch. You should get a watch winder and put your watch on it at night time. This will solve the problem, and if it does not then you need to have it serviced as you have either a mainspring or auto winding issue.

Well I know the first Version of this watch with that movement was tested by @trailboss99 who could tell you if he had tonwind this watch after a few days manually.
But AFAIK he works outdoor and his wrist is mostly winding the movement during work - so if you got a office job it is t comparable. I for myself never had this kind of Problem on a DD Movement

I never had an issue with the DD3285. It is supposed to have a 70 hr reserve. Clone or not, it keep pretty accurate time. (-2 @ 52 tilt on timegraph). I still wind it every 3 - 5 days or so though. It's automatic not battery powered.

Edit: I give it only a few spins when I do.

In my experience I winded 40 time and wear it for 1 night, after that I wear it again every 2 day and the watch never stopped. it stopped after 3-4 days that I didn't wear it but that's normal

As a DD3285 owner I do not encounter this problem, it always run more than 3 days without winding, on 4th day it will finally stop. I used to wear it for a week non stop it will keep working. Suggest you discuss this issue with your TD

Could be a bad automatic assembly. Either rotor doesn't move freely, or your reversing wheels are shot.

Or like others mentioned your movements may not have been enough
