So I've finally got around to posting up my thoughts on the Skyland v1 GB....

...and it's all positive stuff!

I'll echo the sentiments of the others:

1) Easy to follow ordering instructions
2) Crystal clear comms - as you would expect! lol
3) Order updates received in real time - no unneccesary waiting for replies etc
4) Fast shipping, with safe "border transit"
5) Excellent quality of goods and unbeatable pricing!

D4M's approach to supplying these goods has been First Class. I'm not kissing ass here - it has been exceptional.
I don't think I've been so relaxed and trusting of a "supplier" or intermediary before....

Well anyway - here's the pics. No need for much annotation...since these watches have had soooo much exposure on the forums.
I'll let you see for yourself. No unexpected flaws to be seen. I'd say that the v1 dials' numerals are finished better than the v2.
The lume dots are applied well. The chrono second hand Red colour looking more Gen than the v1.

Happy that everything met your expectations.

Good reviews coming in for me, but I like everyone else am human, there will be good and bad times throughout the week.. sometimes communication wont be immediate as it depends on home/work/project schedules... but thank god my chinglish is clearer than most.. lol :lol:

I appreciate your patience and trust. I hope that these deals have the long term affect desired and that is an overall lower price on replicas for all members delivered by all dealers. (already seeing some prices drop) That is the ultimate goal.

Yeah sure, I don't expect it to be flawless every time - I'm just relieved that this was so easy! This is probably the benchmark for how ALL rep sales should be conducted.

Good job on the price drop too... more savings = more reps!

Strangely enough - although I have so many black dialled watches; I thought the Blue one was the better one. My personal opinion.
I felt that the dial looked "less rep" than the black? The crystal (on the blue watch) was not noticeable, which is the whole objective of AR isn't it?

The blue rubber strap gave the watch an overall sporty look, which I enjoyed wearing for the short period that I had it. Both watches were snapped up by my co-workers within days. Now that's impressive.

Maybe I'll think different when presented with a black dial v2...who knows?

I digress.... I still wear my grey dial v2 virtually every day since I got it. I never thought I would be so taken aback by a rep Breitling as I have with the Skyland. Be it v1 or v2. These should be amongst every rep collectors' Grail watch collection.

That is a nice strap! I've really thought about putting my skyland on a leather strap ... I love my bracelet though.
