Daytona bezel removal

Hi,

I am trying to remove the bezel from my cartel Daytona.
I have seen the video (hope fully won't cut my fingers using the blade) and read the threads.

I have a simple question:
Do you remove the crystal before removing the bezel or after ? (or it doesn't matter)

(reason is: that blade trick isn't working so far and neither does the crystal press - but I am assuming is it because of the bezel so I would assume I need to remove the bezel first !!)

Lever up the bezel ring using the blade of a knife, working your way around the bezel little by little. The hardest part is getting enough of a gap at the beginning to get the blade under - use a craft knife blade to start then move to a more sturdy knife once there's a gap.

Get the bezel off first, then the crystal, not the other way round.
