Daytona 116500 CF 4130 movement

I understand you are UK based. I am looking to get a Daytona 116500 CF with 4130 movement. I understand it’s advisable to do service on a Rep? Can you please advise if you can service / repair this model? Also, can you offers mods if required eg crystal
