Date window Mod? How to go about it?

Hi. I have a Breitling B01 44 Super Chronomat inbound. As I've been studying within the forum it seems likely it will have a sunken date window. [Not panicking here. Just curious.]

I've also read comments about "The sunken date window mod." I searched but couldn't find a thread that discusses this directly.

If I wanted to do/find someone to do this for me how would I go about it?

I like to tinker and I'm reasonably handy but don't have any experience modding watches. I also have a hunch I'm really going to like this watch so investing in getting this done seems it would be worthwhile for me. So if it's beyond my skills I'm curious how to find someone (US) to make the modification....

Any thoughts here?
