I have a submariner V8 noob that I damaged the date wheel while putting it back. where can I source the right date wheel with plate & gear??

Generally, you cannot buy a DWO (datewheel overlay) that is preinstalled onto the date disc because it might need final alignment and tweaking to fit a specific movement (not all movements are made perfectly the same).
Instead, maybe consider doing the following below:
1. Separate the date disc from the dwo using a sharp blade by cutting thr glue between them and which holds them together
2. Use the sharp blade and scrape off any dry glue residue on the date disc
3. Buy this
4. Using your noob v8 dial and its dial window as a jig, glue/install/align the new DWO onto the date disc.
If the above seems hard, I recommend sending your watch to a modder
