Here is a log of events for posterity. I will keep this post updated. Service has been great and I have no concerns about the order at this time.

21.11.2024 - I reached out via WhatsaApp to check availability of the K11F Cartier Tank Must Large. I also had some questions about differences between two models on the website.
22.11.2024 - Li responded promptly within 24 hours answering my questions, letting me know it was available, and how to place an order. Great service.
22.11.2024 - I placed an order through the website.
23.11.2024 - Additional details about how to make payment were provided. I made payment via Wise.
30.11.2024 - QC pictures received. I notice that the 3 is not in line with the 2 and 4 on the dial. I ask if it would be possible to get the AF version instead, but that we could try another K11F if they thought the next one might be better. It is a printed dial, so it seems more likely the next one will not be better either. I am open to all solutions.
02.12.2024 - A pic of apparently a separate K11F Tank Must Large watch is emailed to me that has the same dial alignment issue. I note the same dial issue in my response and again ask if it would be possible to purchase the AF version instead of K11F. I ask how much additional money I can send.

03.12.2024 - Li responds saying of course, no problem to switch to AF and let's me know how much extra is due. I pay the extra and he says to wait for QC again. 10/10 service.
10.12.2024 - I get an email that the QC pics of the new AF version are ready. The new one looks great. I green light.
