Date Frame on Tag

I have two replica tags that the small date frame has fallen off and is inside my dial floating around. What is the easiest way to open the watch and fix this issue?

Take off the back. Remove the winder stem. Remove the internals. Glue the frame back on. Reassemble. Seal and tighten.
