Daily Wear SMP Chrono Having Issues

So my daily wearer, a beautiful blue SMP Chrono, is having some issues this week. Yesterday I looked down and it was stopped! I shook it lightly and it started and it happened again last night! When I woke up this morning to reset the time it started again but now I can't get the crown to screw in.

How bad is this? Fixable?

contact the dealer you bought it from, i think it should be an easy fix. probably a rotor is stuck

You may have stripped the crown. Contact your dealer, he may be able to offer you for repair service.
