I bought a really nice 243 from Tony about 2 weeks ago. I heard and read everyone talking about how it is one of the best repped Pams...and I had to have one!

Anyway, I am completely happy with it. One day I wore it and changed straps 5 times!

My only comment is that when I look at the watch head on, the number(on the datewheel) that are on the right side of the cyclops are ever so slighty distorted. It seems that the cyclops is off to the left by a VERY,VERY small margin.

Can the cyclops be moved over just a teensy bit? Or do I have to live with it?

I absolutely love the watch. I just look at the date from a slight angle(haha!). But you know how we are with details.

What do you guys think? Can it be fixed...or do I just look at it from a slight angle?

Hi Faberjay

Can you post a photo of it so we can see what it looks like, mine looks distorted from certain angles and then OK from others.

Actually, while wearing the watch on left hand, I would prefer the cyclop to be shifted a bit to the left than to be centered exactly over date window. When looking at the watch - most of the time the watch' surface is not parallel to your face, is it?

So for me - it is benefit. Other cyclop placement problems like rotated (not centered exactly over date window) position - that would be annoying...

I agree with Polonus
Don't touch the watch, unless it is completely necessary

guys, the only problem with the cyclop is that sometimes there is a reflection in it.
I have checked the gen, it also has this problem and you can google it.
