Hello everybody, ive seen members post about there watches being seized by customs. Is everyone pretty much just just sticking to m2m sales or has anyone ordered recenlty and did recieve there watches. Im reffering to Customs Center in chicago. Thank you in advance dor your responces

I dont knowa about Customs Center at Chicago but my local TD told me using EMS Mail would be more safer, thats what i heard uh.

I placed my first rep order and it was shipped friday, it was shipped using ems. Anyone order anything that was shipped to conus recently and actually arrived?
From what I understand, EMS is more at risk of being seized than Hong Kong Post, especially if the package comes in through O'Hare Airport.
I had a watch seized a few months ago in Chicago that was shipped EMS.
Since then I have only used DHL or HK Post.

This is right on! Either slow mail or dhl I find dhl more rewarding since I get the watches in 3 days from China!
I've purchased several since the Chicago mess started, but being in Boston, most every shipment to me comes through NY. I did have one successfully make it through Chicago. None have had issues to date.
If i did work for customs i would make sure my noob crpo would get to me safe and sound lol i just checked the tracking and it arrived at ohare airport for customs inspection, now to play the waiting game .:sigh:.
I just purchased a watch on Friday. My preferred TD told me DHL has been the safest for him. I balked at it for a second do to the cost, but decided to try it. Inbound through Cincinnati and will be delivered today.

One interesting thing I found was this shipment originated in Honk Kong as well. I don't know if that had to do with the ship method or what. I pretty much have used one dealer exclusively for the past several years and each shipment whether EMS or registered air mail originated in Gaungzou.

Seems like it. They must have changed the wording. You'll know that it clears when the status says arrived at sort facility.
Well most of the TDs take responsibility if customs seize the watch right?
