Custom Dial Creation

Does anyone have any recommendations for a modder or designer who can create a Custom Dial for a watch project?

In short, I'm a huge New York Knicks fan and would love to do a Daytona-like dial that is blue, orange, and white.

Would then need either the same person or another person to put this all together.

Does the RWI community have any recommendations?
