Hello all,

Maybe this has been discussed and there is a link but my search didn’t find it. I received a Pam 799 yesterday and I noticed it doesn’t glow very bright in the dark. Does it take awhile being exposed to sunlight to start or is it just a rep thing? Love the watch, it’s my first rep. The lume won’t change that, but I’m just curious.

Thank you

I don't have 799, but usually the repetition glow differs from the general one not so much in intensity as in duration. Yes, this light-accumulating material needs to be “charged”. It is best to do this by leaving them briefly on the windowsill during the day, but this is possible with some types of lamps. I'm sure if you place them under a window light, pick them up in a few minutes and get into a completely dark room, the lum will light and be the only thing you see.
