This is my first post forgive me if it is in the wrong place I brought a batgirl clean V3 version got it in February no problems 3 weeks ago I ordered a rose gold daydate tungsten heavy chocolate dial baguette diamond markers I waited 2 weeks after payment an then got told that it will take months for QC which is fair enough, but then I see other people ordering after me and getting there's in 11 days, so I get a refund as she said there had been raids over there, I said fine I'll come bk when the troubles are over, now yesterday after having major issues with my after trying to buy a flandad watch and yes I've red all the crap about him but I saw other receiving there watches and being really happy, anyway because i went elsewhere my bank gets frozen, now last night i go back to ctime I say just get me the watch but non tungsten to make it quicker as I want it for the summer etc they say ok and said they will get back to me with a price in the meantime I ask jtime for a price so I can make sure ctime give me the beat deal jtime get back to me instantly with a price and time scale for tungsten one ctime tell me please wait foe price and then dont gett back to me the person I'm talking too doesn't seem the same person i delt with before who was so efficient this one seems uninterested maybe has bigger orders but to tell me to wait for a price and then not bother to reply seems weird as before they were so good does anyone know if they are having issues problem staff change etc I'm quite frustrated as I've been trying to get this watch now for nearly a month now my account is frozen an ctime acting weird can anyone help please.

Most companies, in all industries, usually have more than one person in the same role. It's quite natural that you don't speak to the same person every time you make an order, nothing strange about that.

I have read the whole thing in a single sitting, now I need oxygen. They invented punctuation, you know that? There are elderly people here, do you want to be responsible for a death?

Your bank account is frozen? Why? Did you keep in contact with the bank? And are you absolutely sure you use the correct website?

I do this when I talk in person too my Mrs says "Breathe" I say stfu! but she is always right, I ended up driving to London an buying the watch v4 dd tungsten 3255 I paid 6 for it so I didn't have to wait to get it got fed up an so stress trying to sort this for over 2 months.....and "Breathe"

I just wondered if anyone knew what was happening over there as ctime seemed way different to deal with and pretty pre occupied, was very clear they were having issues, the help I ment for was info ..got the watch anyway brought today in uk.

I am satisfied I just wanted to know if anyone knew if they were having issues, I didn't make myself very clear did I, rambling on one, anyway all sorted thanks for the replying.

Ok well my experience with ctime always seemed to be the same person an now changed, I'm guessing we are not dealing with big company's when buying from a TD, all I wanted was some info, but it doesn't matter now as I got very lucky an got a video call from someone with the watch so I drove to Essex in uk an brought it, I paid more but I got the exact watch I've been trying to get. Thanks.
