Hey all, I have just ordered my first order with time and need help I paid back end of October and received QC, GL'd the QC and tracking number sent and I am based in the UK and CT has sent screenshot saying it's still in customs clear and do you think I will be receiving order this week?

You've been here for over a year, so I’d hope by now you’d understand that once the parcel is handed to the courier, your TD has zero control over how fast or slow it gets to you. If patience isn’t your thing, maybe stick to buying stuff with Amazon Prime instead.

It's marked as 'Customs clearing ', and hasn't moved in 5 days. It's likely been stopped by Customs. I suggest you wait 7 days, if it hasn't moved contact the dealer and show him the tracking. It's not a guarantee that you'll get a letter from Customs.

Ive had two watches seized by UK customs and not had a letter either times. Both times, Intime have replaced without quibble. I've now switched to a different address and have had no problems since
