Crystal question on the latest Pam 127's

I have been pouring over Ale's pam guide for the last few weeks.... reading everything I can.

I am curious about the domed crystal.
Ale says that the KW version has the more domed crystal than the ZF version.... is that still true?
OR.... are they now both using the same crystal ?

I thought I read somewhere that they were now both using the same crystal..... maybe I am wrong.
I LOVE a really domed crystal.

Anyway..... if anyone has both current versions.... or has seen them.... I would love to know.

Just go for the KW version. It's better on al fronts

ALE has done a detailed comparison between the 3 options.

KW is not "better on all fronts".

KW is the better option as per today (Marlin mods apart), no doubt.
Just be sure to check carefully the QC pics, sepcially the movement ones.
Just in case, you are offered one of those nasty SF-KW hybrids from oct-nov 2015 batch.

Yes I was thinking about the KW version.... but my question here is about the crystal in particular.....
does anyone know if the KW and ZF versions are using the same one now ?

and believe it or not..... I did ask one TD about the KW-SF hybrid and that I only wanted the KW movements ....he told me there are no KW movements anymore.

I kid you NOT.... that is what he told me.
Now I don't know this TD because I have not bought anything from him.... but he had alot of pam127's on his webpage.... so I thought I would shoot him a question.

KW and ZFac have different crystal and the best one and more accurate is KW. Even over the Noob and many times with better distortion than gen

My TD says the crystal is 'mineral' on the KW version. Is this right, and if so, does it have AR?

i'm about to pull the trigger on the KW, but don't prefer mineral crystal.
