Hey guys,
Just acquired this Radiomir 380 and noticed that the crystal is slanted.
I was reading Wiz's guide to crystal sealing and waterproofing (https://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/54251-How-to-Crystal-sealing-and-waterproofing) and it seems that I need a crystal pusher to do the job. Any other tool recommended or required?
Also, on alvinado's guide to lume (https://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/39310-HOW-TO-LUME-A-SANDWICH-DIAL-FULL-EDITION) is shown how to remove the movement which I think is the same 6497.
Now, these tutorials sure make the job look easy, but can a complete noob like me not screw it up?? or is it something that is recommended for someone with more experience?
I would definitely try it on a cheapie first, but just wanted you feedback on how to proceed.
The slanting doesn't take anything away from the watch and most likely won't be noticed, but... I know it's there!!
Feedback appreciated!
