Hi,
I've recently picked up a PAM203A from Belkin which I really love. The only problem I have is with the crystal, it is really reflective (mirror like) from certain angles. I know it is historically correct, the early Pams had the single dome sapphire crystal with no AR coating, but I prefer the double dome crystals of the recent luminor models, such as the PAM510 I've owned briefly.
My question is where could I find a contemporary sapphire crystal with AR for the 44mm luminor case, either OEM or a very good substitute?
So far I came up with two options:
- Ebay seller, replica crystal, AR coated: https://www.ebay.com/itm/161748558237
- Chrono24 seller, OEM (supposedly) crystal, but made for earlier luminors, I could try to find someone to do the AR: https://www.uhren-roemer.de/Uhrener...f-6513-6518-6519-6520-6521-6522-MX0008H0.html
I would appreciate any suggestions. I've tried to contact prof but with no success.
All the best,
C
