Crystal help please!

Hi, I was testing my 187 in my pressure tester and the crystal popped out. I've searched the forum on how exactly to replace it, but came up empty.
Am I going to have to remove the movement and the bezel first?
Will I need adhesive or is it a compression fit?
Are there any tutorials?

I've done some more searching and found this on nightwatch's site

but it doesn't say anything about adhesive so I'm guessing it's compression

I would say an adhesive isn't needed. These are all compression fit crystals. you can apply adhesive to improve water resistance, but on the 187 with the rotating bezel, it's probably not a good idea. Some one correct me if I'm wrong.
