Crown tube threat problem PAM 292

HI everybody , just received my new PAM 292 J N factory, and a crown tube with threat fell off right away . Cant screw crown back .

Do you have pictures? I am not sure if only the crown with the stem fell out or the crown tube itself came out. Worst comes to worst, you should contact the dealer where you got it from. It is something you cannot detect in QC pics and it happened upon recieving the PAM, so I am sure you would be able to get it fixed.

Same thing happened to me on my first one -- the threaded part of the tube simply broke off into the crown. I was able to muscle it back on for a while after winding, but got sick of it after a month and sent it back to Angus and Puretime fixed it right up.

Unless you know exactly what you're doing, I suggest you discuss it first with the dealer before doing any "repairs". You might make the condition worse and then you won't be able to claim repairs on the watch.
