Building another watch , and want to install a Rolex 7mm crown I have in my parts bin .
The stem on the crown is a little thicker than the generic one that came with the case .
Can the case tube be expanded a bit to fit the replacement crown without damaging it?
I really don’t want to replace the crown tube
