Jokes aside, if you buy a Rolex rep from one of the “well-known” factories, then yes it’s there. I can’t speak for all the smaller, lesser-known ones though.

Be aware that this etched crown is hardly visible. Only under light in a special angle. You can only see it easy on cheap reps.
