Would you rather have a crown guard that the lever is centered but when open a little loose or one that is way off centered but when open is tight. I have one of each and want to put the best one on my favorite pam.

Natron, I´d go with the centered one. As long as it doesn´t swing open while wearing. Who cares if it is a bit loose in the open position?

Take care,

well after some playing around I knocked the pin out and one was a bit bigger hence the tightness. So I put the bigger pin in the centered crown guard and now it is tight. The other one is still ok just a little loose when open. It does not open on its own.
