If I purchase with a USD Visa will it be charged in USD or in RMB and converted?

Good question as recently I ve bought a new AP, but sadly got charged in CNY, with 10%more! Mastercard, eur account, not from Ryan, but curious if it happened the same to you.

The mastercard always converts at a really shitty rate, but last time I did a Visa USD with Ryan it was in USD.
