Hey all. Here is something you don’t see too often. This is a hand made in Zimbabwe Courtney Boot Company Bushveld Shoe in gameskin leather in side 11.5. I had these custom built. I wear an 11.5 and after going through a bunch of measurements accommodating a thick sock I placed my order but didn’t take into consideration they use UK sizing so they ended up being too big. I have only worn them once in the house. Based on the sizing they’ll work with someone with an 11.5 to 12 foot. I should have gotten a 10.5 for myself (think Blundstones).
Anyway. These are made with Cape buffalo leather with an impala liner. I opted for the robust Goodyear tire tread sole.
I paid $390 Canadian for the shoe shipped and duties and bought a storage bag and leather care kit with polishing cloth, natural leather balm, stiff brush and spare laces for $75 Canadian.
They’ve been sitting for a while now so I’d like to sell them for $225 Canadian shipped stateside or in Canada.
Grab a bargain.
