Hi Everyone,
First post here! I have been obsessively reading the forums for the last two weeks and have a couple of clarifying questions that I think you can help out with for me to finally hammer down the model I would like. I have read and searched extensively but were unable to find these answers.
With a very small wrist and trying on gen PAM watches of varying sizes at an AD, I have narrowed it down to 42mm Radiomir for my first watch.
1st question: Does the 1940 Radiomir case allow the use of a SS bracelet? I have searched far and wide and was unable to see any examples of this. Is this possible? This is the main reason that I would prefer this case style compared to the other Radiomir models. If it cannot support a SS bracelet, I am open to the other lug type of the Radiomirs.
2nd question: Of the 1940 Radiomir models, besides the lume color green-ish (PAM574) vs. yellow-ish (PAM512) and movement P.999 (PAM512) vs. P.1000 (PAM574), is there much difference between these two models? And is there a general consensus as to which is a better rep at the moment?
I apologize for the long questioning and newbie terms, but thank you in advance for your help! This site has been a wealth of knowledge and very helpful.
