as jtime says '18K rose gold', and asian7750 says 'red gold'. (does this explain the price difference)

I would assume the description difference of color is probably a language/ translation issue. If they're both from VSF then it comes from the same factory. I don't know what this SB factory is. They claim it's the same as VSF and it's using the VSF movement. I can't speak to the quality or fit and finish. You should probably look through the sections and see if anyone has received one of these and given a rundown of how the overall build quality is.
