Nothing special, I just use a good screwdriver and unscrew the screw carefully

Before it gets scuffed You can apply a tiny bit 1cm2 of Tesa-film/Scotch tape to the lugs, than unscrew.

If you are really concerned a little better screw driver designed for the panerai lugs.

Dude, it doesn't matter just be careful with either... ITS a LUG SCREW....
That says 1.6, isn't it 1.4?
+1. I always use Scotch tape to prevent the inevitable slips. Place it right over the screw head and simply put the screwdriver through it to unscrew. Leave it in place for the return trip. Hasn't failed me yet. I probably change 10+ straps a week using this technique [emoji4] (yeah, I have a problem...)Before it gets scuffed You can apply a tiny bit 1cm2 of Tesa-film/Scotch tape to the lugs, than unscrew.
