I will be replacing my strap for the first time and need to be sure I'm using the correct screwdrivers so that I don't scuff up the watch.

Nothing special, I just use a good screwdriver and unscrew the screw carefully

Thanks! If the watch does get scuffed is there any way to remove the scuffs?

Before it gets scuffed You can apply a tiny bit 1cm2 of Tesa-film/Scotch tape to the lugs, than unscrew.

Yes it is. You can use the 140 screwdriver for the strap and also for the buckle screws.

You can use a 1.4mm screw driver, and that is a common size in a jewelers set, however the screw heads are 1.6mm and that screw drive fits perfect with no slippage. Gen panerai come with the exact same screw driver.

160 or 140 makes no big difference. You can use both.

+1. I always use Scotch tape to prevent the inevitable slips. Place it right over the screw head and simply put the screwdriver through it to unscrew. Leave it in place for the return trip. Hasn't failed me yet. I probably change 10+ straps a week using this technique [emoji4] (yeah, I have a problem...)
