Hi folks.
I recently bought myself the black bay one. from the m2m sales sections.
long story short - the watch was semi-broken with a stuck bezel, and the overall
feel of the watch is that it has had some beatings in its humble life.
apart from that - noobie me - did not do the proper research - so i wasnt
aware of the fact that the BB One - well - only exists as a one off auction piece
which makes a pretty obvious tell.
But – I really like the watch and it’s dimensions, and after I added a vintage type leather strap it really starts to grow on mee – even though the watch is not working 100% with the bezel.
Then it hit me – this might be the perfect excuse to learn a thing or to about watchmaking – so I have thought about dissecting the watch – and rebuild it.
So my questions is – would it be possible to buy parts for this “project”?
My thoughts where to change the bezel, hands and the dial
Just to get a “hang” of how to do it.

i can see that they sell parts that will fit – but they do look quite generic – meaning that it will turn my watch into a “non-brand” watch – I guess that could be cool to – not having to worry about it being a replica but more like a homage watch. – unless I have misinterpreted the website – because it’s only “fronting” the no-name parts – but actually selling them with names on.
That being my backup – I wanted to hear if any of you guys/gals know if it’s possible to source parts from other places? – basically this is hobby project for me – but being able to add real parts could be fun to.
