Convert 5513 case to 1680

I need some help to open the rehaut and dial seat on my Tudor 7928 mid-case (same as 5513 case) to fit 1680 26.5mm dial and the additional height of the 1570 movement.
Do we have any members who I could trust to get this job correct the first time? Really trying to find the best person with watchmaker lathe capabilities with proven work if possible.

A watchmakers lathe isn't going do the job, that's a 316 steel case.
