Conversion 112 to 219?

this question is from a total noob, i have ordered the 112 but now im thinking about a 219! IF (and thats a big if!) i can get the case oper and figure out how too flip the dial around would that work?
Also is there a destro 111, which will probably be my next watch anyway?

I just ordered an 056 Destro from Davidsen. Should be here in a week or so. It's the titanium destro and looks wonderful. While I trawled through his different watches here on the dealer section of the board I noticed a couple of different destros. I ordered a 112 from him in February and got the very last of the swan neck swiss movements. The watch is gorgeous--though I had to send it to Vac for a clean because it suddenly began gaining time. Now it runs flawlessly. I chose the Davidsen PAMs on the strength of what I read here on the board. He supposedly has the best PAM reps--though I am not expert enough to agree or disagree. I'll be curious to find out if you can do that flip with the 112 since, being a lefty, that might be a lofgical option for me too. You first :wink:

Simply flipping the dial 180 degrees won't work. The dial feet aren't symmetrical.

This mod is best to be left with an experienced modder, or a watchmaker.

And click on "Luminor Marina Destro". Yes, there was a 022 made for A-D series and the 115 for E-G series that would be the equivalent of a 111 Destro. AFAIK, there have been no good reps made of either of these watches.
