So this is a ZF 15202 base with XF dial. Cost breakdown is as follows
New ZF 15202: $518
Custom hands meant for the 2121 caliber: $280
Mod to fit custom hands: $130
Two way dial mods to fit @ $160 (this also includes installing and aligning the zf dial into the xf to make a complete watch) Call it $80 per watch
Movement service, silence and regulation: $220
Bevel and polish case and bracelet chamfers: $160
Rebrush bezel, midcase and bracelet of ZF watch $220
