So let me know, left gen or right gen? Do not be influenced by the strap.

Gotta say the left on is the gen. the right one, the font dial seems wrong and the swiss made is too small.

This is a guess, but hopefully an educated one. I believe the one on the left is the Gen. What led me to this assessment?

1. The thickness of the watch face. The numbers appear to be set further back from the face.

2. The crown, specifically, the ridges of the crown, appear to be more rounded and less obviously machined.

Just what I'm seeing, I could be totally off.

Both are rep. The Luminor Marina font is too small on the right Pam111. The number 12 on the left has a short tail on the number 2. L Swiss Made L is too close to 6.

The one on the right is an obvious fake

The one on the left is the replica the text on the face is way too large.If you look at the official panerai site genuine pictures you will notice this right away.
Those panerai are starting to grow on me.

Just a guess. Both fake. The crown guard pin on both is not clean flush enough.
Plus the L swiss L on the left is too close to the number 6. But the right one does have a good crow guard shape though.
Both of them has not quite right number 6 shape.
But both of them do look great.. Just goes to show you how nice our reps are.

I was just about to post the exact opposite and for the same reasons.

I say left is is standard rep (low cross-bars on the "A"s and too white font), right is a LH dial (L Swiss Made L looks wrong, dial has a funny finish)?

Both are reps.

The left one has the low cross bars on the A's.

The right one does not have the proper CG nor the proper L SWISS MADE L.

right : Swiss under 6 way to small, canon pinion to pointy, # 6 to long on top
